Very happy with the customer service
Received the best customer service from Casio, I accidentally ordered two watches for my Husbands Christmas present so I sent an email about 11pm after I’d made the order. I didn’t really expect to hear anything back (because customer service is so poor now) but at 9am I received an email reply from an actual human who quickly rectified my mistake and I received the one watch and my refund very quickly.

Terrible company
Terrible company. Ordered a product and cancelled within 30 mins , sending a cancellation notice. Got told the product was already shipped despite me ordering and cancelling after 8pm!
Called and spoke to an employee who confirmed product was in warehouse and cancellation will go through, saying they would call back, never bothered. 2 days later got a shipping notice , so obviously they lied first about already being shipped, then about being cancelled. Now in the hands of the card company to recover the payment as the company seem unwilling to refund for about 14-21 days once they receive the product back into their warehouse and process the return. It is not a return it was cancelled before even being shipped. I think they are trying to force delivery to avoid the cancellation. Be aware of the tactics used.
Not good.
Really wanted to buy a limited edition watch today. I had already set up a account ready to purchase it. When I received the email telling me that the watch order was Live I tried logging into my account. This didn't go well as it kept saying that my login details were incorrect or that my account had locked. I requested a new password as I wasn't sure if I had entered mine incorrectly. No email has been received. Terrible experience. ?

had a fauly calculator,was faulty after 3 months,it was a gift,as i had no receipt they didnt want to know,absolute disgusting customer services from a big firm,i will go to trading standards.

I'm very satisfied with a alarm clock that I got a long time ago, great quality works great, shows temperature and date as well and the alarm it self is very loud, it is able to wake up anyone

A complete mess.
Their website is an absolute clustered mess. Inputting your address easily gets messed up. The system doesn't even check the validity of said addresses, and when you try to update or fix the issues by contacting them, you are told they won't make changes to the address. They make no attempt to even contact you about the issue. Sending your expensive purchases anywhere without an ounce of concern for their customers receiving their product. I've had to order a watch twice and the address was messed up both times, I tried contacting the shipping provider to fix the issue but was told to contact the shipper, where I was told they generally won't make changes, even though my issue was the lack of my Apt Unit on the order.

Terrible shop
Terrible shop, with an unfair and unworkable returns policy, which is notified only on the receipt, i.e. when it's too late to get out of the agreement. This shop will be out of business in six months' time, and they deserve to be. It's as if they only want to sell online, as in store customers get substantially worse treatment.

I ordered this watch in October for my son’s Christmas , I have returned on the 31st December (tracked and delivered) as it was hurting his wrist , I then had to check when they were going to refund it, I got a phone call saying that it should’ve been returned within 28 days, I think at Christmas most companies refund until end of January, poor customer service Casio. Still don’t know when my refund will come through.??????

Superb solar watches and calculators…
Superb solar watches and calculators over the years still working and would recommend the solar power solutions, no need for any batteries just get to work with those no problem. you may for many many years be able to use your device.
Brilliant products which are of excellent quality.
Wave captor watches
I bought a solar powered radio controlled watch some seven years ago. Bit of head scratching on the manual but patience is repaid. The watch. Superb. So good I saw another one with a most beautiful face. I fell in love and treated myself. The new one seems as good as the old one. I alternate them.
Excellent Service
I purchased a watch from a Casio retailer three years ago, within the last month or so it developed a fault
(watch was constantly misting up). Returned it to Casio UK 21 Jan 2021 received it back today 29 Jan 2021 with an explanation of work carried out and NO charge whatsoever. Very happy with service received from Casio UK.

Cheap, Junk Casio watch
Spent good money on a nice Casio watch. After a short period of time it started to lose time. Replaced battery twice. Sent it back to Casio for repair/warranty. They wanted to charge me more than I paid for the watch for repairs. I told them that I had not had the watch that long ago and that I wanted them to fix it for me. I had not been rough with it or abused it in anyway. Since it was defective, I felt it should be repaired by them. They did not care and sent it back. BEWARE. You are buying cheap junk with Casio. Better to stick with Timex or Seiko.

I can only say, stay away
I can only say, stay away from Casio. Unfortunately I bought a Casio Calculator for my daughter because it was recommended by the school. I did not want her to have any different to other children. My daughters calculator sustained damage to the front screen while the protective hardcase was on it. Casio refused to replace the part or supply any form of solution . The calculator was bought on 02/09/20. It’s not even been a month yet. And they sell it with 3 years warranty Guarantee. Terrible company

Scammers
Scammers , they only care about their own interests and their money increase , don't care about customers.
For the repair of a watch that is only two months old and is not damaged externally , but internally , they wanted from me £55 for the repair .
To clarify the matter , I sent a letter to Court for attempted fraud.
Don't look ate low price , the problem begins when there is a manufactured issues
